Sarah Hardy is the COO and Co-Founder of infant formula company, Bobbie. She leads People, Customer Support, Supply Chain Opps, and Future of Work initiatives including a first-of-its-kind parental leave policy and culture. Hardy has over 15 years experience in operations, strategic planning, project management and people ops. Prior to Bobbie, Hardy spent 7 years at Airbnb, where she wrote the company’s first parental leave policy. This would lay the groundwork for much of her role at Bobbie. Originally from Boston, Sarah lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and two children, Bea and Clinton.
